Muskoka Community Initiative (MCI) fund, an initiative through Muskoka Futures, is helping the Local Training and Adjustment Board for Muskoka-Nippising-Parry Sound host an Explore the Trades Day on April 28 at the Bracebridge Memorial Arena.

This day will be geared to students looking to enter a skilled trade. Students will be bussed in from the area high schools to take advantage of this great opportunity.

Employees, old and young, get yourself out there and find the right fit for you.  Don’t get sucked in by the glitz and glamour and hold out for that perfect job.

It may take years to find the Monday-to-Friday, full-time, year-round, high-paying, well benefited job in our very seasonal, very tourism-oriented job; in the meantime, though, expose yourself to the world of options, broaden your experience and contribute.
