Bruce and Joyce Bennett had their nephew and wife, Terry and Jill Funston, visiting and getting in some snowmobiling during March break.
Joan and Stan Risto had daughters Susan Jones and Amanda Kyle, grandson Shawn Kyle and his cousin Jeremy up visiting for the March break. Saturday Joan and Stan went to Georgetown to help friend Bob Heaton celebrate his 80th birthday, stayed overnight with their daughter Janice Bedell and family in Brampton before travelling home on Sunday.
Get well wishes to Pat Miller and all our friends who are ill.
We send our condolences to Amy Coker on the loss of her sister in Elliott Lake.
A word from the kitchen: Tired of all the snow and suffering from the winter blues? Well, exercise is the best pick-me-up, so get moving. Get out of the house, take a brisk walk, even if it is just out to the mailbox. Use the stairs instead of the elevator. Rearrange your furniture (something I really believe in, ask my kids.) Any type of exercise will help your spirits rise, and it is good for you. Have a good day and get walking.
