Club 55 is open Monday to Friday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Come in for refreshments, play a game or just enjoy some fellowship. Crokinole is played every Monday at 10 a.m. for a cost of $2 and everyone is welcome. Come for a couple of hours of fun.

Cribbage winners from Feb. 11 were: first, Roy Galloway and Blanche Guest;  second, Ted Skirritt and Fern McDonald; third, Keith Crozier.

Bridge winners from Thursday, Feb.14 were: first, Bob France and Don Woolman; second, Beryl and Paul Clayson.

Bridge winners from Friday, Feb. 15 were: first, Jeanne Reed, 5,300; second, June Swaine, 4,950; third, Bill Moir, 4,610.

Euchre winners from Friday, Feb. 15 were: women’s first, Edith Flood, 74; second, Flo Feldman, 72; men’s first, Ed Butikofer, 81; second, Edith Wainwright, 77; most lone hands, Ed Butikofer, four.

Valentine’s potluck was held at the club on Saturday, Feb. 16. There was a good turnout and the variety of food was very good. Thank you goes out to Bobby Seymour for playing the music. It was very enjoyable. Thanks go out to Anita Denny for calling square dances. The hall was decorated nicely.  Thank you to the entertainment committee. Everyone enjoyed themselves.

Thank you goes out to the people who brought crokinole boards to the club. Thank  you to Edrie Mathias, who donated a beautiful afghan for the couch at the club.

Thank  you to the people who have brought in books for the club’s library.

Club 55 holds their meetings the first Wednesday of the month at 1:30  p.m. The next meeting is March 5.

March 19 there is a fun day at 10  a.m. for a cost of $5 including lunch. They will be playing pool, crokinole and shuffleboard. Come out and join in the fun.
