THE BIG PICTURE: Captain George Hunt, pictured here, saw the bigger picture in 1869 when his vision was to chop the bush wilderness into a vibrant town where Huntsville is today. The Huntsville heritage committee invites everyone to see a small display honouring Hunt and his accomplishments, at 11:30 this morning, Wednesday, February 20, at the town hall at 37 Main Street East. You are welcome to view Hunt’s big pictures at an alternate time by making advance arrangements with MHP museum assistant Sara White, by telephoning at 705-789-7576, extension 3215, or emailing museum@muskokaheritageplace.org.
