Huntsville Forester
Musical brings parents back to childhood
May 14, 2008

Pine Glen Public School is putting a must-see musical tomorrow evening at the school beginning at 7 p.m.

Titled How to Eat Like a Child, the musical was co-written by Grade 5 teacher Brenda St. John and Catherine Cole. It promises to be fun for the whole family. The musical is comprised of sketches of children teaching their parents how to be children again.

With a student cast of 20 ranging between Grades 4 and 8, teacher Susan Cassie coached the kids in singing and Huntsville High School music teacher Jordan Riley is the featured pianist in the musical.

Several parents volunteered their time to help design the set and a few will be on hand on Thursday to help with the ticket sales and distributing the programs.

Tickets to How to Eat Like a Child are $5 at the door or 4 for $15. All are welcome to attend.
